TAG’s core activity entails the management and development of a total of 5,000 residential and commercial properties which it owns.

A further key activity involves the construction of residential properties – currently 700 units are under construction or in the planning phase.

On top of this, it manages 7,200 units for third parties. Depending on their individual requirements, TAG offers real estate owners further services directed at buildings and land, e.g. construction management, controlling and accounting. In this way, it covers the entire value chain in the real estate sector.
