TAG’s commercial real estate portfolio is held by TAG Gewerbeimmobilien-AG (Pre-REIT status). The core of this portfolio is formed by properties located in metropolitan regions such as Munich and Hamburg as well as the Rhein/Main region.

In preparation for the introduction of G-REITs and in response to the favourable state of the market for commercial real estate, the company invested extensively in extending its portfolio since 2006.
