From a railway operator to a real estate group

TAG stock was admitted to official trading on the stock exchanges of Frankfurt/Main and Munich for the first time. In addition, it is included in OTC trading in Berlin, Stuttgart, Düsseldorf and Hamburg as well as in XETRA computer trading. 900,000 shares with a nominal value of one euro each are issued.

TAG Immobilien AG (“TAG AG”), Tegernsee, was incorporated in 1882 as Eisenbahn Actiengesellschaft Schaftlach-Gmund-Tegernsee, Munich. The share capital of Eisenbahn Actiengesellschaft Schaftlach-Gmund-Tegernsee on the date of incorporation stands at 300,000.00 marks and is divided into 600 bearer shares with a nominal value of 500 marks each.
