Chairman of the TAG Management Board

A graduate lawyer, he commenced his career in the early nineties by participating in the establishment of the office supplies retailer Staples in Germany in the early nineties. Between 1994 and 1998 he was in charge of the European real estate business of US toy retail chain Toys ´R´Us. At RSE Grundbesitz und Beteiligungs AG, Ibel developed that company’s international real estate business as of 1998 and ultimately became chairman of its management board. In June 2001, he moved to Bau-Verein zu Hamburg AG, where he performed the same duties. In January 2006, Ibel was appointed to TAG AG’s management board and was elected chairman in January 2007.

Andreas Ibel is married and has three children.

Management Board of TAG

Following management duties at an architect office and building company in Hamburg, Mr. Flint, a graduate engineer, was appointed technical director at Hamburg-based company RSE Grundbesitz und Beteiligungs AG in 1999. In October 2001, he was appointed to the management board of Bau-Verein zu Hamburg. Since January 2006, he has been responsible at TAG AG for new construction, portfolio development and sales.

Erhard Flint is married and has two children.

CFO of TAG

Since April 1, 2008 Hans-Ulrich Sutter supplements the Management Board of TAG.Hans-Ulrich Sutter has hitherto held the same position at Deutsche Real Estate AG in Hamburg, prior to which he was responsible for financial matters at GSW Gemeinnützige Siedlungs- und Wohnungsbaugesellschaft Berlin.

Hans-Ulrich Sutter is married and has two children.
