Chairman of the TAG Management Board

Rolf Elgeti is chairman of the Management Board of TAG Immobilien AG effective 1 July 2009. Rolf Elgeti worked as an analyst in the United Kingdom for many years, including for ABN Amro and Commerzbank Securities among others, and has an excellent knowledge of the capital markets. To date, he has been managing real estate funds in Berlin on an independent basis. He joined TAG´s Supervisory Board in October 2008. In February 2011 the Supervisory Board of CRE (Colonia Real Estate AG, Köln) appointed Rolf Elgeti to its Management Board.

Rolf Elgeti is married and has three children.

Since April 1, 2008 Hans-Ulrich Sutter supplements the Management Board of TAG.Hans-Ulrich Sutter has hitherto held the same position at Deutsche Real Estate AG in Hamburg, prior to which he was responsible for financial matters at GSW Gemeinnützige Siedlungs- und Wohnungsbaugesellschaft Berlin. In February 2011 the Supervisory Board of CRE (Colonia Real Estate AG, Köln) appointed Hans-Ulrich Sutter to its Management Board.

Hans-Ulrich Sutter is married and has two children.

Member of the Management Board

Harboe Vaagt has been appointed a member of the Management Boards of TAG and Bau-Verein zu Hamburg Aktien-Gesellschaft, with effect from 1 April 2011. Vaagt, who holds a doctorate in law, will continue to supervise the Legal department, which he has headed for 12 years.
