Condition of the property:
- Good and well-maintained conditions
- Small maintenance back-up
- Possibility of development (Bacony, daylight lit Kitchens/ Bathrooms)
In order to examine the properties, we need the following documents:
- An informative Exposé
- Photos of the property
- A valid tenant list no older than two months (including: direct debit dates, floor space, net rent, additional expenses, vacant spaces)
The following documents are necessary for the preparation of the purchase:
- A detailled list of all reperations and maintenance made in the past ten years.
- List of deposits made on the property.
- Copies of all the leases, insurance proofs, service contracts, Energy certificate, contamination and land charges register, A cadastral map, etc.
- Access to execute a technical examination of the property.
