(Hamburg, 09 August 2010)  TAG Immobilien AG (TAG) has successfully completed its capital increase for payment in kind by approx. 5.6 million new shares, issued as part of the acquisition of FranconoWest AG. As a result of the capital increase, the share capital and number of shares have increased to 40,566,364 EUR and 40,566,364 with effect from 02 August 2010.
