(Hamburg, 29 May 2009) On 7 May 2009, the TAG Immobilien AG Management Board announced that its Annual General Meeting in the electronic Federal Gazette which was due to be held on Friday 19 June 2009 at the Hamburg Chamber of Skilled Crafts and Small Businesses domiciled at Holstenwall 12, 20355 Hamburg.

The TAG Group´s business development has led to TAG Immobilien AG needing to conclude a control and surrender of profits agreement with TAG Gewerbeimmobilien-Aktiengesellschaft for tax optimisation purposes and, in particular, to compensate for drawbacks arising from interest barrier problems. The AGM will vote on the conclusion of this agreement. This resolution was not previously part of the agenda scheduled for 19 June 2009

In order to avoid the need for a second meeting, i.e. an Extraordinary General Meeting, and the associated time and cost incurred during fiscal year 2009, the Annual General Meeting has been postponed from 19 June 2009 to 27 August 2009.

The postponement has also been announced in the electronic Federal Gazette published on 29 May 2009. The Annual General Meeting to be held on 27 August 2009 will be called and the agenda announced in good time and in the correct manner.
