Dividend

In recent years, TAG has continuously let its shareholders participate in the Company’s success by paying an attractive dividend. The amount of the dividend is based on the rental income from operations, or Funds From Operations (FFO I). For the 2022 financial year, we have announced that we will suspend the dividend payment for the first time since 2016 in order to further strengthen the capital and financing base. As soon as the capital and investment markets have returned to normal, TAG plans to resume its dividend payments and return to its previous distribution policy of 75% of FFO I.
