Our principle: We concentrate on regions that exhibit positive economic growth and development data, where stable rental incomes are anticipated, and which therefore possess high value creation potential. In acquisition decisions, the use of synergies is our priority. This means, for instance, that we use existing TAG structures to manage residential portfolio. This economic efficiency also ensures a sustainable increase in profitability.
