The combined realestate assets of the future TAG Gewerbe AG will thus increase to around EUR200 million. The transaction represents a further strategic step for theSDAX listed company toward a REIT listing.TAG is continuing its expansive investment strategy. Four commercialproperties with a rental space of some 21,000 square metres have beenacquired by the future TAG Gewerbe AG in top locations of Hamburg andNuremberg for a total of EUR 40 million.The portfolio includes two attractive office and commercial properties inOttensen, a highly desirable district of Hamburg. With the acquisition oftwo further office and commercial properties, the future TAG Gewerbe AG hasalso extended its commercial property portfolio in Nuremberg. Bothproperties are in prime commercial locations of the city.'These current transactions represent a successful continuation of ourstrategy to position a REIT with an attractive and high-growth real estateportfolio.
