b) Google Analytics Remarketing

Our website uses the function of Google Analytics Remarketing in connection with the cross-device functions of Google Adwords and Google DoubleClick. The provider is Google Inc., 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA.

This function allows us to link the advertising target groups created with Google Analytics Remarketing to the cross-device features of Google AdWords and Google DoubleClick. In this way, interest-related, personalised advertising messages that have been adapted to you depending on your previous usage and surfing behavior on one device can also be displayed on another of your devices. Once you give your permission, Google will link your web and app browsing history to your Google Account for that purpose. In this way, the same personalised advertising messages can be delivered to every device you sign into via your Google Account. To support this function, Google Analytics collects Google-authenticated user IDs that are temporarily linked to our Google Analytics data to define and create target groups for cross-device advertising. You can permanently object to cross-device remarketing/targeting by disabling personalised advertising in your Google Account by following this link:

c) Google Adwords and Google Conversion-Tracking

This website uses Google AdWords; Adwords is an online advertising program of Google Inc., 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, United States (“Google”)

Cookies are small text files places by the browser on the user’s computer. These cookies expire after 30 days and are not used to personally identify users. If the user visits certain pages of this website and the cookie has not yet expired, then Google and us can recognise that the user has clicked on the ad and has been redirected to this page.

Each Google AdWords customer receives a different cookie. The cookies cannot be tracked through AdWords customers’ websites. The information obtained with the aid of the conversion cookie is used to generate conversion statistics for AdWords customers who have opted for conversion tracking. Customers see the total number of users who clicked on their ad and were redirected to a page with a conversion tracking tag. However, you will not receive any information that allows users to be personally identified. If you do not wish to participate in tracking, you can object to such use by slightly deactivating the Google Conversion Tracking cookie on your browser under user settings. You will then no longer be included in the conversion tracking statistics.

Conversion cookies are stored on the basis of Art. 6 (1) letter f) GDPR. The website operator has a legitimate interest in analysing user behaviour in order to optimise both its website offering and its advertising.
