Including the CRE shares already held by TAG on the date theoffer document was published and the shares acquired on the stock market bythe end of the additional offer period, TAG now holds a total of 49.70percent of the voting rights in CRE, which puts it in a comfortableposition. By the end of the additional acceptance period, which expired on4 February, a total of 9.16 percent of shares in CRE had been tendered toTAG under the terms of the takeover offer.'We very nearly reached our goal of acquiring the majority in Colonia andare pleased that many of Colonia's shareholders accepted our takeoveroffer.
