I. Use and availability of the TAG websites

  1. This legal notice relates to the use of the website(s) offered by TAG Immobilien AG and/or its subsidiaries (hereinafter also referred to as “TAG” or “TAG Group”) (also referred to as “TAG website(s)”).
  2. TAG may discontinue the operation of the TAG websites in whole or in part at any time.

II. Impermissible use

  1. On the TAG website(s), the user must not
    • infringe any industrial property rights, copyrights or other proprietary rights,
    • transmit any content containing viruses and/or other malware,
    • enter, store or transmit any hyperlinks or content which he or she is not authorised to use, particularly if these hyperlinks or content violate any confidentiality obligations or are the subject of any legal dispute;
    • otherwise offend common decency with his or her conduct.
  2. TAG may block access to one and/or all TAG website(s) for users at any time, particularly if they violate any obligations arising from these terms and conditions.

III. Copyright

  1. Texts, images, graphics, audio and video files made available by TAG or the TAG Group for downloading are subject to German copyright law and other laws protecting intellectual property.
  2. Third-party contributions are designated as such.

IV. Disclaimer

  1. Although TAG endeavours to keep the TAG website(s) free of viruses, it does not guarantee the absence of any viruses. Before downloading information and documentation, the user himself or herself must ensure that adequate virus scanners and other security software are activated, both for his or her own protection and to prevent the spread of viruses on the TAG websites.
  2. The TAG website(s) contain(s) links to external websites operated by third parties over whose content TAG has no influence. Therefore, no liability is assumed for such external content. Even where the pages in question were checked for possible legal violations when they were first linked, TAG does not permanently monitor the contents of the linked pages.
  3. Although the contents of the TAG website(s) have been prepared with the utmost care, TAG does not assume any liability for any errors, omissions or obsolescence in the contents as well as for the availability of the TAG website(s). V. Diversity
