Refurbishment projects

We refurbished our portfolio in Merseburg-Süd in 2024 with a serial refurbishment solution. The prefabricated façade elements drastically reduced the construction time, improved energy efficiency and enabled socially responsible, future-proof modernisation. The pilot project in collaboration with ecoworks shows how we can quickly and efficiently bring existing buildings up to climate standards.

In the centre of the old town in Döbeln, we developed an extensive refurbishment project in 2022 that resulted in 40 new 1- to 5-room flats. As an efficiency house, the renovated building ensemble “Wohnterrassen an der Pferdebahn” meets the climate and sustainability requirements of the future.

In Greifswald-Schönwalde II, we extensively renovated the former “Schwesternwohnheim” to make it more energy-efficient and created modern, affordable living space for people of all generations and life situations in 128 low-barrier flats by summer 2025. The flats range in size from 27 to 98 square metres and have very different, contemporary and practical layouts.
