Cash flow-strong, largely self-financed business model
TAG has been expanding in the Polish market since 2020. Its market entry began with the acquisition of Vantage Development S.A., a project developer in Wrocław, followed by the acquisition of ROBYG S.A., a company that develops residential units for its own portfolio and for sale in various Polish A-cities. The acquisition of ROBYG enabled TAG to expand its platform for developing residential units for its own portfolio, particularly in the regions of Wrocław, Poznań, Łódź and Tricity/Gdansk, while also entering the Warsaw market. This expansion also complements our business model by adding the development and sale of residential units, creating new growth opportunities. The medium-term goal is to build a portfolio of around 10,000 rental units by 2028, with a focus on new buildings in cities with positive population trends and good infrastructure.
