Earningsbefore tax (EBT) came to EUR 6.4 million, reversing the previous year’sloss of EUR 32.3 million and exceeding the guidance of EUR 6.0 millionwhich had been raised in August 2006. Consolidated post-tax earnings cameto EUR 2.8 million, an improvement over the previous year’s loss of EUR35.5 million.Bau-Verein zu Hamburg Aktien-Gesellschaft, Hamburg (Bau-Verein), which is amember of the TAG Tegernsee Immobilien- und Beteiligungs-AktiengesellschaftGroup, closed fiscal 2006 with record earnings.
