TAG has acquired the shares in the real estate owning entity. Theportfolio comprises of 787 units with a total area of around 51,300 squaremetres at an average price of around EUR 800 per square metre. Thetransaction has a total value of EUR 43 million and is being financed byassuming existing bank debt as well as the non-cash issue of new shares. Tothis end, the Management Board acting with the Supervisory Board's approvalis utilising the capital authorised in a resolution passed at the annualgeneral meeting held on 27 August 2009 and will be issuing around 2.4million shares at a price of EUR 5.50 per share each on a non-cash basis tobe paid for through the contribution of the shares in the property owningentity. The shareholders' statutory subscription rights have been excluded.As a result of the fresh issue, TAG's share capital will rise from acurrent EUR 32.5 million to EUR 34.9 million.
